Taste Of Brasil is a brazilian restaurant that was founded by Juan and Chef Margo, who brought the flavors of Rio De Janeiro to Honolulu. When you do an online order or visit us, our mission is to deliver authentic Brazilian cuisine that warms the heart and delights the palate. Our brazilian steakhouse will have you keep coming!

Picanha (steak) is a fresh cut of beef that's especially popular and highly prized in Brazil. In the US, it's called sirloin cap, . Picanha is situated on the back side of the animal, above the butt, where it sits on a fat cap. This cut holds very little fat in the meat, so it must be cooked perfectly in order not to make it tough.
